We accept exchanges for a different size within 30 calendar days from date of purchase. Your item must be unused and proof of purchase will be required. If an exchange is requested, we will be in contact for next steps. Returns/refunds will not be accepted due to the customized nature of the items.

All purchases are eligible for pickup or shipping. Pickup is free and will be coordinated once your order is ready. Pickup location will be at practices OR at the following address: 4369 Lawehana St., Ste. A2, Honolulu, HI 96818 (Aloha Hula Supply). Shipping will be subject to a charge dependent number of pieces in your order. Shipping will be fulfilled via (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). If you have any specific instructions for shipping, please make note of it in your order comments.
